Notification servicece-test proposes you to notify your wireless equipment to most European and EFTA countries. The R&TTE directive prescribes a notification process in it's article 6.4 for radio equipment. This notification is required if your equipments frequency allocation does not comply to so-called harmonized frequencies in the European Community and does not fit within the national frequency tables of all EC-countries. We will take the burden out of your hands and provide you with a status report after the notification process and insurance that you are notified if any country objects against your equipments frequency allocation. If a EC country does not object against the notification within a predetermined period of 4 (four) weeks, your equipment is granted access to this countries market and granted utilization on it's territory automatically. We will charge you an amount per notification, depending on the number of equipments and countries. We will contact you after submitting this form for further information and a quote.
Note. Please note that our service does not augment your chances for acceptance of equipment that has been rejected in an earlier notification, unless this rejection was based on erroneous information submitted. |
